True Friends

It's so good to have a friend
To always be sure to depend
On and care for
To love and adore

One thing that they must
Do is trust
In each other friends believe in
And together they'll always win
To a friend the only happy day
Is when they hear that you're okay

Friends are a gift
With them, the days are swift
A friend is someone you to talk to when you're sad
And is someone that you had 
Through the bad and the good
And is someone that could
Change you
Into
A better person
And somehow, friends are a kin 

Friends will help at anytime
On each other, they'll spend the last dime
There is only a few
Times when friends argue

Friends are so sweet and gracious
Their happiness is contagious
Friends will have some contrast
But their friendship will forever last 

Every and each year 
They become more & more sincere 
And I would love to send
